Contents of the file may include the following: will, date of death, heirs, property inventories, description of real estate, and petition of claimants. Presence of the documents, and information, cannot be determined until the requested file arrives from storage.
To request a probate search please provide the following: name of deceased and date of death. If you are requesting a minor, or incompetent's, file search include: name of child/incompetent and timeframe you think the case was filed. If you have any additional documentation please provide that. That could include file number, newspaper clipping, etc.
